Certification story

Restore PLC provides mission critical services enabling organisations to protect, manage and utilise their valuable data, information and assets. The Group has five businesses organised across two divisions: Digital & Information Management and Secure Lifecycle Services.

Restore recognises the impact of its operations on the planet and its responsibility to the communities it operates within and its obligation to its people, suppliers and wider stakeholders. As such, Restore has developed an ESG strategy with the objective to reduce the Group’s impact on the environment, increase social contributions and be an ESG leader within its sectors. The broad strategy has been developed with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals in mind and aims to support the 2015 Paris Agreement.

Achieving the Planet Mark is based on the commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability in its business operations by measuring and reducing its carbon footprint and engaging its stakeholders.

Through its work with Planet Mark, Restore PLC has protected endangered rainforests thanks to Cool Earth; a charity working alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation. Its pledge through Cool Earth goes directly towards supporting the Asháninka community in Central Peru.

It has also helped the Eden Project – an educational charity building connections with each other and the living world, exploring how we can work together towards a better future. The company is looking forward to sharing its sustainability achievements with the wider community.
