Role Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is really excited about working in HR and who will proactively support with the administration of our function.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing recruitment activity including drafting and posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, liaising with applicants and the hiring manager, arranging interviews, collating interview feedback.
• Drafting of all HR onboarding documents, working collaboratively with our Global onboarding and payroll teams.
• Deliver divisional onboarding and induction
• Manage and respond to queries in the HR Inbox, supporting and advising our employees as necessary.
• Manage all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle including exit interviews
• Support our payroll team by ensuring all changes have been processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Process improvements and projects: Constantly reviewing the HR Administrative processes to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible.
• Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects and duties
• Ensure that Data within all our systems is processed accurately and maintained regularly with regular checks.
• Produce reports from the HR system and provide insight to the management team
• Review policies and updating as necessary with law changes
• Any ad hoc duties as may be required

Role Overview:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role holds responsibility for proactively cultivating relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyse business development success and maximise new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs
• Take a proactive approach to source new leads and opportunities
• Qualification and follow-up of active leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Alcumus solutions and propositions and the market needs they fulfil
• Develop a targeted strategy to identify and win new business in line with annual targets.
• Outbound calls, selling the business and product solutions to relevant customers within our chosen markets and industries.
• Following up strategic marketing campaigns where key decision makers have engaged with the business either F2F or via our digital channels.
• Use effective questioning to understand how our solution can benefit our prospective clients
• Responding to incoming client queries, targeted on up-selling to the existing customer base
• Meet and exceed new business and KPI targets to ensure desirable revenue generation and behaviours that are consistent with a sustainable business
• Adopting and implementing CRM into daily activities ensuring accurate reporting and forecasts
• Working closely with the field-based business development team, providing cross sell opportunities for other services, ensuring a consultative approach to maximise all available commercial opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• B2B telephone experience ideally within a Sales environment
• Experience providing high levels of customer service
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Previous experience working in Sustainability or strong passion for Sustainability
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and identity new business opportunities
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Experience of seeking out larger commercial opportunities through a consultative approach

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong, independent sales professional with at least two years sales experience and a passion for net zero, to increase the reach of Planet Mark across all sectors in the UK. (Bonus points for selling to the finance sector).

You will be part of an enthusiastic and purpose-driven team, who are passionate about helping businesses in their sustainability journey. The successful candidate will be an upbeat individual with knowledge of sustainability in business and net zero and expected to identify the needs of a business to develop and close leads, sell our products, and highlight additional packages and services to support them.

Applicants must have demonstratable sales success and ideally a background in sustainability. We would also welcome candidates who have extensive knowledge of selling into the UK finance sector, with a preference for London-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound lead generation and progression.
• Respond to, and progress, incoming leads from phone calls, and website enquiries.
• To know and be able to effectively explain and sell all Planet Mark products.
• Record sales progression in our CRM system.
• Weekly meetings with the Head of Sales to report progress against targets and discuss strategies for target customers.
• Develop sector-specific sustainability knowledge and contacts for your allocated sectors.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and meetings
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in selling business services and/or software SAS sales.
• A demonstrable knowledge, experience, and preferably a qualification in, sustainability and the environment.
• Must have a track record of closing sales.
• Comfortable updating a CRM (we use Dynamics)
• Intelligent lead sourcing in target sectors.
• Telesales experience must be comfortable speaking on video and in telephone calls.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Great communicator and confident speaking with both our staff and clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Have excellent time management and organisational skills and can deliver quality work to agreed deadlines, maintaining clear focus under pressure is a must.
• Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
• Ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Carbon Data Analyst to assist our Measurements team. You will be dealing with complex datasets and high volumes of data, as well as using multiple sources to collate data and produce reports.
The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, have a high attention to detail and a passion for numbers and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Certifications:
• Create new accounts on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 to support the certification process
• Analyse client data and evidence to ensure it has been correctly collated
• Collate client data using evidence, and identify any gaps or issues
• Generate certification reports and certificates to present carbon and social value data
• Support member and stakeholder meetings and queries
• Issue certification reports and certificates
• Support the head of measurement with any other roles
• Check certifications completed by other data analysts and consultants
• Create cumulative dashboards and reports on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365
• Update cumulative reports for members

Other activities:
• Learn how to create reports and dashboards on PowerBI and create and update fields
• Updating and maintaining key contacts in Dynamics 365
• Updating and maintaining correct folder and file structures for clients
• Assist on product development as requested
• Assist on event certification delivery as requested
• Assist on advisory projects as requested

Preferred Skills & Experience
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience calculating carbon footprints.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Degree or qualifications in sustainability, mathematics, or statistics (desirable but not essential).

Role Overview:
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will lead projects focused on guiding clients towards sustainable practices and strategies. Your role involves managing a team of sustainability professionals, providing mentorship, and ensuring the team meets targets in line with the Planet Mark Strategy. With expertise in the industry and regulatory frameworks, you will collaborate with members to develop and implement sustainability initiatives. Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will drive the success of projects, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the stream within the measurement team, leading internal and external analysts and consultants in the delivery of carbon footprint measurements using measurement systems, excel models and reporting for our wide range of clients as they aim to achieve Planet Mark Net Zero.
• Ensuring the stream deliverables are on time and at the required quality also providing expert advice and leadership.
• Regularly auditing data quality and efficiency of the analysts and consultants and ensuring delivery meets the measurement team’s KPIs and Planet Mark business strategy.
• Measurement system build and maintenance.
• Conducting measurements, verifications, and reporting of large carbon footprints against GHG protocol, financial reporting, and standards (for example, SBTi, ISO14064, CDP, TCFD, Social Value Portal).
• Project management (timelines, resourcing, costs, deliverables) and pipeline reporting of measurement advisory projects including but not limited to Scope 3, event footprints, bespoke carbon calculators, bespoke carbon footprint measurements, research, and policy.
• Client relationship management as required (any customer support – calls, meetings or workshops) to include where required attendance of member board/senior leadership meetings to present Planet Mark deliverables or assist BDMs/Sales to secure business.
• Supporting the measurement team and business via the delivery of in-house business excellence and process improvement (process flows and handbooks, guides – other documentation) projects
• Training all measurement team members on various relevant industry topics.
• Business development of measure steps for existing and new clients as required (Proposals, pricing, costs, technical expertise).
• Undertaking line management duties such as goal setting, appraisals and supporting the technical skills and career development of the team.
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5 years’ experience in GHG emission inventories and reporting
• Industry, Legal and Regulatory Knowledge regarding relevant standards and policy such as SBTi, GHG protocol, ISO14064, CDP, TCFD, Social Value Portal)
• Strong independent client management experience and project management skills (delivering on time and within the budget)
• Can develop products and owns the development of products of one or more Planet Mark deliverables.
• Can achieve targets, prioritise gaols and work under pressure to meet the yearly Planet Mark strategy.
• Strong skills using a wide range of software Dynamics etc.
• Can showcase exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
• Inspiring and guiding teams towards common goals with clear and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.
• Experience as a line manager and/or project manager.
• Making informed and timely decisions, often in high-pressure situations, identifying issues, analysing root causes, and implementing solutions.
