Description:


We are looking for a senior sustainability consultant with experience working in the built environment, and with a working knowledge of whole life carbon analysis for buildings, to join our growing Real Estate Certification team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering our New Development Certifications along with engaging the supply chain and providing expert advice on product improvements.

The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, with excellent collaboration and customer relationship skills. You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in sustainability in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the delivery of new development certification internally and externally (team and project management)

– Liaise with multiple stakeholders in the built environment sector to deliver new development certification

– Deliver workshops and engagement activities to design teams and sub-contractors, using expertise in built environment and sustainability

– Liaise with consultants to support / explain LCA delivery for the New Development Certification

– Knowledge and experience of whole life carbon assessments for buildings, with working knowledge of standards EN 15878, WRI GHG Protocol, PAS 2050, PAS 2080, GRESB and others

Description:

We are looking for a confident, energetic and inspiring Engagement Manager to support the delivery of the ‘Engage’ step of our programme. We achieve this by providing a range of engagement services, including a suite of online workshops, events and bespoke advisory services.

Reporting into our Head of Engagement, our Engagement Managers deliver online and in-person workshops to our members and can tailor the content to the relevant audience. Successful applicants will have experience delivering engaging online workshops and have a passion for sustainability. Ideally with knowledge of business sustainability and experience in learning and development.


Key responsibilities:

– Deliver our core engagement workshops digitally (via Zoom) and in person at different locations across the country.

– Support with the creation of new content for Planet Mark’s growing suite of engagement services.

– Remain up to date with current sustainability news and developments so that you can refresh and update content regularly.

– Research the relevant company ahead of workshop delivery to gain understanding of business operation and sustainability ambitions.

We are looking for an experienced carbon analyst with an exceptional eye for detail, and almost super-human data analyst skills, to assist our growing certification team. The certification team forms the heart of the Planet Mark, analysing our clients’ Scope 1, 2 and 3 data to allow their accreditation to the prestigious Planet Mark certification scheme. As well as working with their data you will be dealing directly with our clients that range from start-ups, SMEs to large corporates, delivering carbon footprint analyses, carbon footprint verifications, SECR submissions, social value calculations, Scope 3 screening and more. Hence experience in client management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

– Conducting carbon footprint assessments and reporting using sustainability management software – from dealing with the client’s initial data submission, any data deficient, analysing their footprint and preparing and delivering their report.


– Conducting verifications of GHG assessments completed by third-party analysts to ensure quality and undertaking non-financial reporting in terms of Social Value analysis.


– Assisting in the preparation of tenders for advisory services.


– Project management and delivery of sustainability consulting that is primarily data and footprint based, including scope 3 screening, SECR, sustainability engagement, research and policy and Net-Zero Carbon planning.


– Client relationship management.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

– At least 2 years’ experience in carbon footprint accounting and knowledge of greenhouse gas reporting and standards e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064


– Experience in audit/verifications of corporate carbon footprints using a variety of standards, including ideally ISO 14064-3


– Strong mathematical and analytical background

Overview:

Consequently, we’re looking for an adaptable person who is eager to learn and is able to absorb and learn new techniques and technologies rapidly. Our team works predominately remotely, so you must be a self-starter, capable of planning and managing multiple projects in tandem.

You will work closely with our Head of Digital who will support your ongoing development and help to chart a path for achieving your personal career goals. We will give you the chance to enhance your skills in all relevant areas of Agile project management, digital technologies, sustainability, business skills and best practice standards through mentoring, training sessions (in-person and online), courses and the opportunity to attend conferences and events throughout the year. Description:
We are looking for an inspiring, purpose driven and experienced Account Manager with a passion for sustainability and providing outstanding customer service. This role will involve developing a close and trusted relationship with the organisations within our Planet Mark ‘family’, ensuring their needs are met and identifying solutions to their sustainability challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing day to day relationships with our members from onboarding to renewal
• Acting as the member’s champion within Planet Mark, ensuring smooth delivery of services
• Possessing an in depth understanding of the operational processes and services provided by Planet Mark
• Adopting a solutions-based approach to the upselling of additional services to meet the sustainability challenges facing our members
• Growing the financial value of their member portfolio annually
• Ensuring conflict resolution is swift and beneficial to both parties
• Ensuring our member responsibilities are understood and acted upon – data provision, payment of invoices etc
• Ensuring member retention targets are met annually
• Support multiple members needs concurrently
• Working across the entire Planet Mark team


Experience and Attributes
• 3-5 years Account Manager experience in an energy supply, sustainability strategy, business strategy or management consultancy role
• Have an infectious passion for supporting businesses on their net zero sustainability transition
• A purpose driven, solutions based approach
• An inspirational self-starter
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Great interpersonal skills matching our values of; Ambition, Collaboration, Optimism, Being Robust and Transformative
• Ability and capacity to grow in the role as the business and account management department evolves

This is a full-time position. Remote working however, a small amount of travel is to be expected to attend client meetings. Weekly team working days in central London are encouraged but dependant on location.


Salary: £35,000 basic with OTE in the region of £45,000

Description:  

We are looking for a a highly organised, super star Administrative Assistant ideally with experience in a marketing team to support the Marketing team with a breadth of marketing and administration activities.

Key Responsibilities :

– Scheduling and organising work-pipeline across the marketing team, with support from the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager

– Updating and capturing details of tasks on our project management tool (MS Planner)

– Liaise with the wider Planet Mark team and organise new work requests

– Supporting the wider marketing team with weekly updates and monthly status reports

– Data management in CRM system, including lead management and data cleaning

– Updating PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents for external and internal use

– Booking meetings between marketing team and Planet Mark members, plus setting agendas and capturing actions for those meetings

– Distributing assets to members and answering member queries

– Support with the setting up of webinars and other events

– Liaise with third party suppliers

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

– Superb organisational skills and time management skills

– Experience in supporting the scheduling of work pipeline

– PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficient

– Ability to multi-task in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment

– Database contact management

– Marketing experience, either agency or in-house

– 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

– Passion and enthusiasm with a ‘can do attitude’

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

– Sustainability experience

– Experience with MS Teams Planner

– Experience with MS Dynamics 365

-Previous marketing experience

– Ability to talk confidently with Planet Mark members

This is ideally a full-time position but four days per week will be considered. Working predominantly from home with optional team days in London once a week.  

Salary: £25,000
