Steve is known for his unquenchable optimism. On becoming a Dad, he realised that he needed to use his talents to do his bit to protect society and future generations from climate change. Steve is dedicated to leading every business to be the energy for great change in the world, and he has inspired many to make every action they take be a force for good. Steve is very proud to say he loves his job.
As CFO of The Planet Mark, Lilly brings her straight talking nature and passion to always do the right thing. Lilly loves her job and has been with us since the beginning. She is a qualified accountant and has experience managing a diverse range of businesses and supporting many SMEs from her years in Corporate Recovery and as a Financial Controller. Lilly loves to be outdoors in nature and is happiest when the sun is shining.
Jonathan has spent the past eight years working closely with businesses to unlock their potential for transformational change. Jonathan has an infectious level of optimism that he brings into any situation, and because of this he has welcomed many of our fantastic members into the Planet Mark family. He’s a great sense of humour to the team too – just watch out for the occassional bad joke.
Rima is a Doctor in renewable energy and environmental chemistry with deep expertise in climate change and circular economy. With a career mission to marry sustainable technology and business, she became a sustainability consultant and gained multichannel exposure in sustainable product development, environmental strategy and operational solutions as well as impact measurement.
Andrew is an astute problem solver and is exceptional at creating and celebrating community. He has worked on a wide variety of community initiatives and projects including L&D, business operations, and healthcare systems. Andrew has a seemingly limitless resource of energy and passion which motivates everyone around him.
Nadia heads the certification technical team and has a proven track record of significantly reducing her members’ carbon footprints. Having consulted for a few hundred organisations, Nadia knows a thing or two about unlocking the potential for businesses to do better. Nadia’s dream job when she was younger was to be an archaeologist. Nowadays she is known as ‘Mrs Measure’ for her ability to dig deep into data sets.
A determined optimist Amelie is passionate about sustainability as a driver for innovation and the business community’s power to be a force for good. During her years at the Eden Project in Cornwall, she engaged with hundreds of businesses and students, firing them up about sustainability and helping them identify how they can act more sustainably. Amelie reenergises while being out in nature facing the elements, especially in the surf!
John began his career in the finance sector working with major technology companies and providing tailored asset funding solutions in the B2B environment, before moving into the green technology and consulting sector. Over the past two decades he has worked with many high-profile public and private sector organisations to deliver effective, significant energy saving projects. John is passionate about creating a more sustainable, energy efficiency built environment by providing clients with a clear, commercial approach to energy and carbon reduction.
West country born and bred, Matt has helped many businesses accelerate their transition to a more sustainable future, including multinational companies, and FTSE 100 corporates. He utilises carbon footprint reporting and science-based targets to achieve real reductions in emissions for his clients. Matt is passionate about paving the way for a better future by inspiring others to take action!
Noah’s degree in environmental science gives him the knowledge to live a more sustainable lifestyle. From calculating carbon footprints to creating sustainability reports, Noah’s expertise in data analysis allows him to support members in data submission, deficiencies and reducing their carbon footprint.
Positivity, passion and ambition are Lara’s key ingredients to driving real change. Holding an MA in Climate Change from King’s College London, Lara has helped many companies on their sustainability journey, no matter what stage they are at. A keen traveller and cook, Lara is known for sharing her latest favourite recipes with the team (we don’t complain!).
Jo’s passion for the natural world was furthered after taking a sustainability management course, where she was keen to inject a more sustainable approach within the furniture industry. Jo strongly believes every person must understand their individual impact to make positive changes towards a better planet.
Kerry works across all teams making sure each team member feels supported. She brings over 12 years of experience in team management into her approach to managing our systems that help our services be successful. She loves her daily yoga and meditation sessions, and raves about her ‘Ocean Saver’ Cleaning Drops in her fight against single-use plastics.
As a highly organised individual, Keighley has overseen the launch of a new CRM system and developed and delivered training sessions to optimise sales performance. Her motivation to help make the world a better place has driven her to work in sustainability. Keighley is a long-time fan of Oddbox which delivers fresh fruit and vegetables that would otherwise go to waste.
George knows what it takes to amplify the great work that our members do through his keen eye for well crafted messages. His creative skills illustrate a better world by getting straight to the heart of every story. From delivering powerful campaigns to pushing the marketing team’s ideas to the next level, George ensures that our communications come to life on paper and screen.
Ashley uses her analytical and creative skills to inspire others to make impactful changes. She is skilled in generating effective insights, and has been the captain in steering and planning the execution of many of Planet Mark creations. Ashley is a self confessed Disney fan with a collection of rare Mickey Mouse plushies and pins.
Dionne radiates love and hope to everyone that meets her, and has a real passion to leave the planet in a better place for her children. During the day, D is the eyes and ears of Steve, taking control of his diary alongside his enormous drive to always do more. Out of hours, you can find her strolling through the woods with her young son looking for bugs and climbing trees.
Judi Havelock is the co-creator and Associate Head of Planet Mark’s ZeroBy30 programme. A strategic thinker, she has a rich portfolio of business transformation and change delivery experience, gained in consumer products and consultancy environments for organisations including Unilever, Heineken and Ernst & Young.
