Building low carbon homes | Positive Partnerships with Mount Anvil

We are proud to be selected as one of three partners to collaborate with leading developer Mount Anvil on their Positive Partnerships Strategy. The strategy aims to ‘monitor and maximize the social value they create’. Co-developed with JLL and by jointly working with their partners Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and HACT – Mount Anvil are able to amplify the positive impact of the places and homes they co-create, delivering a healthy, low carbon and prosperous future for London.

Mount Anvil have been in London for more than 30 years working in repeat partnership with local authorities and housing associations to deliver long standing homes. Through this program they will ‘monitor and reduce the whole life carbon emissions of their assets and aim to reduce emissions in line with the UK Government’s vision for the UK to be net zero carbon by 2050.’ They will align with UN Sustainable Development Goals and exceed ‘The Future Homes standard which aims for homes to produce 75-80% less carbon emissions compared to homes built to the 2013 Building Regulations.’

At Planet Mark we believe that truly great buildings go beyond compliance. They make society better, add value to the local community and contribute to economic prosperity. With our robust Business and Development Certification, we will support Mount Anvil in designing and delivering homes that are ‘resource-efficient, secure, and low carbon’. Mount Anvil is renowned for its unwavering commitment to quality. Its in-house design and planning teams ensure the company is driving the sustainability agenda in the industry, so that it designs and delivers built environments that leave a positive legacy for future home
