Planet Mark, part of Veriforce, is a Leading Provider of Technology-Led Risk Management Solutions, helping organisations become safer, healthier and stronger. Veriforce’s mission is to help bring workers home from high-hazard jobs. We continually develop and improve to meet client needs, with a focus on confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. 

Our management systems and associated policies set by senior management meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards for: 

  • Technology enabled risk management solutions (software, audits, consultancy, and training).  
  • Supply Chain Management Approval solutions (provided in the UK and North America). 
  • The provision of Health and Safety and HR consultancy solutions (provided in the UK). 

And for ISO 27001 

  • The delivery of technology enabled compliance risk management solutions (as stated above) via in-house information technology systems in accordance with the statement of applicability – current version.  

All services are delivered by skilled personnel using innovation and information technology to ensure efficiency and leadership in a changing regulatory environment. Veriforce prioritises recruiting and developing the best people with a commitment to continually improve our management systems. 

Our policies are communicated throughout the organisation and monitored for progress. Monthly reports track strategic business objectives. Our management system objectives for quality, environmental, health and safety and information security are reviewed quarterly or semi-annually. A sustainability strategy is overseen by dedicated teams. 

Veriforce is committed to maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.  This includes commitment to  environmental protection, by preventing pollution, reducing waste, and monitoring our carbon footprint.  We ensure health and safety and wellbeing for employees, aiming for zero harm through risk assessment to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks, employee consultation and a strong safety culture. Information security is a priority, with measures in place to safeguard assets and ensure legal and contractual compliance. All employees are expected to uphold these standards and report any security incidents promptly.  

Our management systems ensures business continuity, minimises disruption and ensures timely recovery in case of incidents. Senior management is responsible for implementing and overseeing the system, with the support of trained and competent personnel. Success depends upon the cooperation of all its employees.
