Module 1  Foundation: Understanding Social Value

This second module takes your knowledge to the next level, and puts social value principles into action with detailed resources on data, evidence, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

In module 2, you’ll learn how to:                                                                                                                                         

  • Design and manage effective stakeholder collaborations
  • Implement robust data management and validation processes
  • Create compelling Social Value reports and communications
  • Develop winning bidding strategies with strong Social Value components
  • Apply Social Value best practices in planning processes
