In this crucial Decade of Action, Dunnet Bay Distillers want to ensure that it is a force for good: positively transforming society and the planet by measuring our own impact on the environment.
Since certifying, the distillery has set a reduction target of 5%. Over the next year, Dunnet Bay Distillers will continue to work towards reducing its carbon emissions and sharing its journey with its community to inspire others.
Through Planet Mark Dunnet has protected an area of endangered rainforest thanks to Cool Earth; a charity working alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation.
Through its commitment to Planet Mark, the company is also helping the Eden Project – an educational charity building connections with each other and the living world, exploring how it can work together towards a better future.
As part of the Planet Mark certification, Dunnet Bay Distillers has committed to making a year-on-year reduction.
