Arram Berlyn Gardner (ABG), a multi award winning firm of chartered accountants, auditors, tax and business advisers, has achieved Planet Mark certification for the tenth consecutive year.
Arram Berlyn Gardner first calculated the carbon footprint of its London office operations for the year ending September 2010 and set a target to reduce emissions by 5% annually. Arram Berlyn Gardner’s total carbon footprint in the year ending September 2019 was 99.3 tCO2e, a decrease of 6.1% from the year ending 2018. The relative carbon footprint was 1.0 tCO2e per employee, a decrease of 7.0% compared to the year ending 2018.
This year’s footprint includes emissions from natural gas, purchased electricity, electricity transmission and distribution losses, water, waste, and printing paper. Electricity emissions decreased by 2% and natural gas emissions decreased by 13%.
